This privacy policy governs your use of the software application GLUTNESS: Recetas libres de gluten for Android mobile devices, created by Shupay Studio.

GLUTNESS does not require users to register an account to access our recipes. Therefore, we do not collect personal information such as your name, surname, age, or date of birth directly.

However, to provide a better experience, manage subscriptions, and serve advertisements, we use third-party services that may collect certain information automatically.

2. Third-Party Services

To maintain the application's functionality, we partner with the following providers:

  • Google Analytics for Firebase: We use this to analyze how you use the app, which recipes are the most popular, and technical performance data (device type, session duration). This helps us improve the product.

  • Google AdMob: Used to serve advertisements. AdMob may use advertising IDs to show you relevant ads based on your interests. You can manage your consent at any time through the app's privacy settings (Google UMP).

  • Google Play Billing: All premium subscriptions and financial transactions are processed strictly by Google Play. Shupay Studio does not see, store, or have access to your credit card or bank information.

3. Advertisements and Cookies

Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies or unique device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to our app or other websites.

  • Google's use of advertising identifiers enables it and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visit to this and other sites on the Internet.

  • Opt-out: You may opt out of personalized advertising by visiting your Android device's Google Settings > Ads or through the in-app consent message.

4. Subscription and Trial Policy

If you opt for a Premium Subscription (Glutness Premium), you will receive a 3-day free trial.

  • The subscription will automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the trial or the current period.

  • You can manage and cancel your subscriptions through your Google Play Store Account Settings.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

6. Children's Privacy

We do not use the Application to knowingly solicit data from or market to children under the age of 13. Our content is suitable for all audiences interested in gluten-free cooking.
